Orange Almond Biscotti is a favorite around the holidays for my family.
My sister introduced me to this wonderful recipe many years ago and now it is a staple on our list of holiday cookies that we bake every year. In fact, she usually bakes these for my husband as a gift (I make her husband peanut butter buckeyes).
These Biscotti are perfect for dipping into your favorite coffee or tea. Or you could use my method and simply eat them straight off the cookie sheet! Biscotti are traditionally pretty dry, but I under bake these just a touch for a softer inside.
