Each kit includes instructions, a recipe card, a plastic cookie cutter, 4 sets of cookies (each set makes one house) so you can decorate right away, chocolate, and 8 types of decorative sugars and sprinkles (sprinkles may vary). While there are only 4 houses included in the kit, there are enough supplies for at least a dozen more houses!
